As the name implies, the restaurant is a salute to local farmers. We showed up on a Thursday night when there was just one very busy server and the chef/owner doing all the cooking in back. We didn't mind the wait and the food was well-prepared. Corn bread was the only thing we wouldn’t re-order, only because we prefer it sweet. The pesto lasagna was particularly good and we enjoyed most of the appetizers and entrees we tried among the four of us. Happy to have this as an option not too far from Monmouth. Tips: Arrive early just in case, especially if you have your heart set on a certain dish. They don’t take reservations; seating is limited; check hours on their website for what days/times they’re open - the lunch hours were added recently. Farm Food only accepts parties of 4 or less. Also of note: they don’t accept tips in this restaurant. For more recommended places in the area, Google "Intentional Travelers Monmouth" for the guide on our blog

Food was excellent. I had the burger and it was a an excellent burger. The star of the meal was the roasted beet appetizer with goat cheese and honey. Amazingly good. Very reasonable prices considering the quality of the food. It's a bit on the outskirts of Corvallis but well worth the drive.

They are known for their steaks (for good reason), but don't miss the fish of the day or scallops, which are often on the menu. Amazing ribeye! Very well-prepared food with generous serving sizes. Friendly service and a no tipping policy! Corkage is only $15 if you want to bring your own wine. They don't take reservations but even on a Sat night you can get in quickly if you come a bit early or late.

We tried Farm Food for the first time last night and were not disappointed. The service was friendly and attentive (almost too much!), and the food was delicious. Loved the chip appetizer! I tried the lasagna because I can't eat tomato sauce and was pleasantly surprised by a very flavorful dish. We didn't have a long wait as some reviewers have. We went early in the evening so perhaps they get busier later. The prices are a bit high for that area, but it's a no-tip establishment so probably works out to a similar amount. They are starting lunch hours and we'll definitely give that a try!

HOLY COW!!! SOOOO glad we finally stopped to eat here! The food was amazing, the wait staff was wonderful, and the cost was more than fair for the portion size and quality of the food! We will return, I forgot to take a pic of the Rib-eye before we dug in.....sorry, not sorry. It was tasty!

Fantastic, huge and perfectly seared ribeye, scallops cooked to perfection and amazing lemon grits and asparagus. The entire meal from appetizer to dessert is amazing. The service is on-point from start to finish and the waiter is attentive but not overbearing, the owner & chef is friendly. The atmosphere is nice inside and very enjoyable outside as-well. Highly recommend for an overall fantastic experience!

I'd rate this 10 stars if it would let me! Perfectly cooked meal, sauteed veggies were not soggy, Rockfish was moist, and the sour cream potatoes were AMAZING!! It should be noted the staff are the friendliest folks you might ever run across!
